• Check-in for the tour must be done 30 minutes before the tour time, at the sales stand on Benagil Beach;
  
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings or accidents.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions;
• The firing of individual vests due to negligence costs the customer €90;
• Any employee may ask to see the children's identification to verify their age;
• The skipper of the vessel reserves the right to cancel the tour at his own discretion, taking into account the safety conditions of the vessel, the crew and the customers on board.

Cancellations or changes to the original booking must be requested at least 48 hours before the day of the tour by emailing: info@didiboat.pt

Any cancellation or change made less than 48 hours before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund, nor will no-shows at the scheduled time.

Authorisation for Image Capture and Use

The customer hereby declares, under the terms and for the purposes of Article 79 of the Civil Code, that they authorise DIDIBOAT to capture, reproduce and publicise their image, photographed in the course of their duties, for display on the institutional website, as well as in paper, digital or video format in Portugal and/or abroad.

This authorisation is granted free of charge and covers the use of the aforementioned image throughout the national territory and abroad for as long as DIDIBOAT deems appropriate.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Under EU Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Customer can access https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home. choose Language to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, where information is provided on the possibility of using it to resolve disputes.

The Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.pt also provides information on the competent entities for mediation in Alternative Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes, promoting out-of-court settlement of national disputes under Law 144/2015 of 8 September for service providers established and consumers residing in Portugal and the EU.

DIDIBOAT is not bound by any legal obligation arising from mandatory arbitration to any alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes.
